new three page measurement certificate

Following approval at the WGM at Takapuna a new three page measurement certificate is to take effect from 1st May 2014. Full details have been posted on the IACA website.

The "Swiss Sailing Measurement Certificate" as it exist now will still be used as "front page" to the 3 other forms above. Swiss measurers have been informed and shall work with the new form immediately.
