jauge / Vermessung

Charles, SUI 65

  • Measurement Forms must relate to the equipment used.
  • Masts must have all required measurements, measurer’s signature and date clearly shown on starboard side.
  • Sails must have all required measurements, measurer’s signature and date clearly shown on starboard side.
  • All boats built after 1/1/2010 must have a ISAF/ World Sailing plaque affixed to one transom.
  • Sail numbers and country code must meet the requirements of Appendix G of the Racing Rules of Sailing. They must be of a single contrasting colour to the sail. They must be a minimum height of 300mm. There must be minimum of 60 mm between characters and from edge of the sail. Numbers and country codes must be wholly above an arc whose centre is the head point and whose radius is 60% of the leech length.
  • Hulls/ Appendages: strongly suggest to all competitors that they take the time to check their daggerboard and rudder measurements. All have access to the Measurer’s guidelines on the class website which clearly shows how things are looked at.
  • Any sail of any shape is legal for our class as long as its area plus the area of the mast when added together does not exceed 13.94 m2.
