D3 : Production is underway

The production of the upcoming D3 A-Cat has started. All mould plugs are CNC milled by a 5-axis machine.
Such as tooling for the hulls, beams, dagger boards and rudders. All done within a tolerance of +/- 0.1mm!
The laminate tools are done in carbon fibre only. To avoid any heat expansion during the autoclave cure.
