World Championship 2010 Cesenatico Italy

26 th of june to 3rd of July the heat is on in Cesenatico.

 

A  very styrong fleet of 100 pre qualified competitors of 17 different countries  will fight for the title .

Among them many past world champions , olympic medellists and national champions .

 

Congrega Velisti Cesenatico is the well known host of this Worlds .

Measurements and practice is scheduled in the weekend , from monday the 28th racing is scheduled .

Open Danish Nationals

The Open Danish Nationals where decided in the weekend of the 5th and 6th of june at the venue of the 2011 Worlds. 11 participants from Germany, Sweden and Denmark fought the battle in sunny weather but in light winds - no wild-thing on the downwinds. In the end the fight for gold was between Pontus Johnson from Sweden and Thomas Paasch from Denmark. After 7 races, with one discard, Thomas Paasch won with a 3 point margin. Lars Schrøder from Denmark ended in 3rd place.
